डेंटल क्लिनिक

डेंटल क्लिनिक के लिए दाँतों का चार्ट, सिटिंग, उपचार योजना, पर्चे और बिल सेट करें।

यह कौन कर सकता है: सेटअप के लिए Owner/Super Admin (settings.manage, branches.manage, services.manage, users.manage); फ्रंट डेस्क के लिए Receptionist (patient.create, appointment.manage, queue.manage, billing.create); क्लिनिकल काम के लिए Practitioner (encounter.write, rx.write, clinical.document.sign)। कहाँ: सेटिंग्स (Settings) (/app/system-settings), शाखाएँ (Branches) (/app/branches), सेवाएँ (Services) (/app/services), कर्मचारी (Employees) (/app/employees), मरीज़ (Patients) (/app/patients), कतार (Queue) (/app/queue) या अपॉइंटमेंट (Appointments) (/app/appointments), क्लिनिकल दस्तावेज़ (Clinical Documents) (/app/clinical-documents), बिलिंग (Billing) (/app/billing)।

यह किसके लिए है और कौन-सा प्लान सही है​

  • dentists, dental assistants और front desk teams।
  • एक डेंटल क्लिनिक के लिए Clinic ₹499/माह लें; अगर dental एक विभाग है तो Polyclinic ₹1,499/शाखा/माह लें।

शुरू करने से पहले​

  • डेंटल procedures की फीस सूची और आम materials।
  • पसंदीदा tooth numbering: FDI या Universal; tooth-chart widget दोनों को support करता है।
  • extractions, RCT, implants या procedures के लिए consent text।
  • per-sitting या upfront treatment-plan billing की policy।

पहले दिन की चेकलिस्ट​

  1. साइन अप करें और सुविधा प्रकार CLINIC → Clinic या POLYCLINIC → Polyclinic चुनें, फिर स्पेशलिटी DENTAL → Dental चुनें। नतीजा: सही मॉड्यूल, शब्दावली, सेवाएँ और टेम्पलेट चालू हो जाते हैं।
  2. /app/onboarding पर ऑनबोर्डिंग विज़ार्ड पूरा करें: क्लिनिक, विभाग, प्रैक्टिशनर, ब्रांडिंग, सेवाएँ, टेम्पलेट, GST, import और goLive। नतीजा: go-live चेकलिस्ट तैयार हो जाती है।
  3. सेटिंग्स (Settings) (/app/system-settings) सेव करें और एक शाखा (Branch) (/app/branches) बनाएँ। नतीजा: अनिवार्य सेटअप की रुकावट हट जाती है।
  4. सेवाएँ (Services) (/app/services) खोलें और पहले से बनी सेवाएँ देखें: DEN_CONSULT Dental Consultation, DEN_SCALING Scaling & Polishing, DEN_RCT Root Canal Treatment, DEN_RESTORATION Restoration (filling), DEN_CROWN Crown, DEN_IOPA IOPA X-ray, DEN_EXTRACTION Extraction। बिलिंग से पहले दाम और GST सेट करें। नतीजा: सेवा लाइनें तैयार हो जाती हैं।
  5. कर्मचारी (Employees) (/app/employees) → Create Employee खोलें। Full Name, Phone Number, Email Address, Allow app login for this employee, Employee Role (RECEPTIONIST, DOCTOR, THERAPIST, ACCOUNTANT, BRANCH_MANAGER, SUPER_ADMIN) और Branch भरें; डॉक्टर/थेरेपिस्ट के लिए Professional Details जोड़ें। नतीजा: लॉगिन चालू होने पर स्टाफ को पासवर्ड सेट करने का ईमेल मिलता है।
  6. मरीज़ (Patients) (/app/patients/register) से पहला मरीज़ रजिस्टर करें; dry-run के लिए Asha Verma जैसा काल्पनिक मरीज़ इस्तेमाल करें। नतीजा: रिकॉर्ड कतार, अपॉइंटमेंट, दस्तावेज़ और बिलिंग के लिए तैयार हो जाता है।
  7. कतार (Queue) (/app/queue) से वॉक-इन टोकन जारी करें या अपॉइंटमेंट (Appointments) (/app/appointments/book) से बुक करें। नतीजा: प्रैक्टिशनर विज़िट खोल सकता है।
  8. विज़िट वर्कस्पेस (/app/patients/:patientId/encounters/:encounterId) शुरू करें, ज़रूरत हो तो वाइटल्स लिखें और नोट्स सेव करें। नतीजा: विज़िट टाइमलाइन में दिखती है।
  9. विज़िट में Rx pad इस्तेमाल करें, पर्चा सेव करें और प्रिंट/शेयर करें। नतीजा: Rx प्रिंट और पोर्टल शेयरिंग के लिए उपलब्ध हो जाता है।
  10. क्लिनिकल दस्तावेज़ (Clinical Documents) (/app/clinical-documents) → नया दस्तावेज़ (New Document) (/app/clinical-documents/new) खोलें, मरीज़ और पैक टेम्पलेट चुनें, फ़ील्ड भरें और हस्ताक्षर करें। नतीजा: पहला हस्ताक्षरित दस्तावेज़ 15 मिनट से कम समय में तैयार हो जाता है।
  11. बिलिंग (Billing) (/app/billing/create) खोलें, सेवा लाइनें जोड़ें और cash/UPI/card से भुगतान लें। स्वास्थ्य सेवाएँ आम तौर पर GST-मुक्त होती हैं; GST केवल टैक्स वाली दवाओं, consumables या products पर जोड़ें। नतीजा: पहला बिल 10 मिनट से कम समय में तैयार हो जाता है।
  12. Rx, क्लिनिकल दस्तावेज़ या बिल को print/share या WhatsApp Inbox (/app/whatsapp-inbox) से साझा करें। नतीजा: मरीज़ को चुना हुआ PDF या लिंक मिल जाता है।
note

साइनअप और ऑनबोर्डिंग विज़ार्ड की स्क्रीन release R1 में आएँगी; लेबल थोड़े अलग हो सकते हैं। नए मालिक को संगठन सेटिंग्स और एक शाखा बनने तक अभी भी सेटिंग्स (Settings) (/app/system-settings) और शाखाएँ (Branches) (/app/branches) पर भेजा जाता है।

सुझाई गई सेटिंग्स​

  • पैक में Dentist, Sitting और Treatment Plan शब्दावली इस्तेमाल होती है।
  • टोकन प्रीफ़िक्स DEN रखें; chair-wise calling हो तभी chair departments जोड़ें।
  • dental exam में FDI या Universal और permanent, primary या mixed dentition चुनें।
  • taxable consumables/products को GST-मुक्त dental treatment services से अलग बिल करें।
  • डॉक्टर review के बाद पसंदीदा analgesic, antibiotic और mouthwash Rx sets सेव करें।

शामिल टेम्पलेट​

  • दंत परीक्षण — history, medical alerts, habits, extra-/intra-oral normal macros, FDI/Universal numbering वाला tooth chart, dentition, surfaces, procedures and notes, periodontal status, radiographs और images।
  • दंत उपचार योजना (बहु-सिटिंग) — phase और item table, options discussed, accepted flag, estimated sittings और computed total estimate।
  • दंत प्रक्रिया नोट — teeth, procedure, anaesthesia, isolation, materials, complications, post-operative instructions और next appointment।
  • साझा: सूचित सहमति — प्रक्रिया, टेली-परामर्श सहमति, नाबालिग हेतु अभिभावक सहमति, रेफ़रल पत्र और चिकित्सा प्रमाणपत्र (बीमारी)।

ध्यान रखें​

  • हस्ताक्षरित डेंटल नोट्स के लिए Clinical Documents इस्तेमाल करें; पुराने therapy report pages इस्तेमाल न करें।
  • IOPA images या photos केवल वहीं जोड़ें जहाँ मरीज़ को उनकी ज़रूरत हो।
