जल्द आ रहा है — release R4

यह सुविधा प्रकार release R4 के roadmap में है। Release आने तक इसे live सुविधा के रूप में promise न करें।

Dispensing, inventory, batch/expiry, FEFO और scheduled-drug registers की तैयारी करें।

आज यह कौन कर सकता है: Owner या Admin सेवाएँ और दस्तावेज़ तैयार कर सकते हैं (services.manage, billing.create, patient.documents.upload)। आज कहाँ: सेवाएँ (Services) (/app/services), बिलिंग (Billing) (/app/billing), मरीज़ (Patients) (/app/patients) और Help & Support (/app/support)।

यह किसके लिए है और कौन-सा प्लान सही है​

  • Pharmacists, store managers और clinic के dispensing counters।
  • Planned preset: PHARMACY → Pharmacy। Pricing और अंतिम labels release के साथ आएँगे।

योजना शुरू करने से पहले​

  • Drug licence details और pharmacist details।
  • Batch number, expiry और purchase rate के साथ opening stock।
  • Supplier list और GST item classifications।
  • Scheduled-drug register process।

release R4 की roadmap​

  • GST, HSN, manufacturer और pack size के साथ item master।
  • Batch, expiry और supplier invoice के साथ GRN/purchase entry।
  • FEFO issue के साथ batch/expiry stock ledger।
  • Prescription के आधार पर dispensing और returns।
  • Schedule H/H1/X registers और audit trail।
  • Near-expiry और low stock के लिए inventory reports।

आज आप क्या इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं​

  • Clinics दवाओं या consumables को सेवाएँ (Services) (/app/services) में setup करने के बाद बिलिंग (Billing) (/app/billing/create) से taxable line items की तरह bill कर सकती हैं।
  • ज़रूरत हो तो बाहर के scanned pharmacy bills को patient documents vault में attach करें।
  • Clinical Rx के लिए prescriptions और WhatsApp share इस्तेमाल करें; R4 तक Achal को inventory register की तरह न मानें।
