- Item master with GST, HSN, manufacturer and pack size.
- GRN/purchase entry with batch, expiry and supplier invoice.
- Batch/expiry stock ledger with FEFO issue.
- Dispensing against prescription and returns.
- Schedule H/H1/X registers and audit trail.
- Inventory reports for near-expiry and low stock.
What you can use today
- Clinics can bill medicines or consumables as taxable line items from Billing (
/app/billing/create) after setting them up in Services (/app/services). - Attach scanned outside pharmacy bills to the patient documents vault if needed.
- Use prescriptions and WhatsApp share for the clinical Rx; do not treat Achal as an inventory register until R4.
