Plans & billing
Published prices, no per-doctor fees, all specialty packs in every plan, free migration. Prices are in INR and
exclude 18 % GST. Compare plans on the public Pricing page of the app (/pricing).
Headline prices are per month, billed annually; paying month to month costs about 20 % more.

The Clinic plan allows up to 3 practitioners (doctors / therapists with a login); inviting a fourth, or changing a staff member's role to practitioner, asks you to upgrade to Polyclinic.
Every plan includes 20 AI scribe notes per month; extra WhatsApp / SMS is charged at cost + 10 %.

See your usage (/app/usage)
Admin → Plan & Usage shows the current month's meters: signed documents + prescriptions, WhatsApp, SMS, PDFs, AI notes and storage, plus staff seats and branches.

Only the Free plan has hard limits, and never during the free trial. Paid plans are never blocked — fair-use overage is billed. Workspaces that existed before the new plans were released keep soft warnings only for one full billing month after the release (the usage page shows the date hard limits start). Staff records created without login access do not use a seat.
Change or pay for a plan
- Open Admin → Subscription Billing (
/app/subscription-billing). - Choose a plan card and pay online (Cashfree: UPI, card, netbanking, UPI AutoPay) or submit an offline payment for approval.
- The new plan's limits apply immediately after payment.
Platform administrators set plan prices under Platform Settings → Plan Controls; the Clinic and Polyclinic cards become purchasable once saved there.
