Choose the facility type that matches your real clinic. Achal Healthcare enables the right modules, specialty packs, services, templates, terminology and menus.
Before you begin
- Owner mobile number and email address.
- Clinic legal name, address and registration number if applicable.
- One branch address, working hours and UPI/payment details.
- Optional logo, signature images and GSTIN for taxable items.

The first ten minutes
- Sign up, choose facility type, specialties and language.
- Complete the Onboarding wizard: clinic, departments, practitioners, branding, services, templates, gst, import and goLive.
- Save forced setup: Settings (
/app/system-settings) and Branches (/app/branches). - Review fees in Services (
/app/services). - Add staff from Employees (
/app/employees). - Register the first patient from Patients (
/app/patients/register). - Issue a token from Queue (
/app/queue) or book from Appointments (/app/appointments/book). - Start the encounter, write Rx, create a clinical document and make the first bill.
- Share Rx, document or bill by print/PDF or WhatsApp.
