Who it is for and plan fit

  • Gynaecologists, obstetricians, nurses, sonography assistants and front desk teams.
  • Use Clinic ₹499/month for one OB-GYN clinic or Polyclinic ₹1,499/branch/month when it is a department.

Before you start

  • ANC fee schedule and ultrasound fees.
  • PCPNDT registration details if obstetric ultrasound is performed.
  • Nursing workflow for BP, weight, urine albumin and fetal heart rate.
  • Privacy process for sensitive reproductive-health records.

First-day checklist

  1. Sign up and choose facility type CLINIC ? Clinic or POLYCLINIC ? Polyclinic, then specialty GYNAECOLOGY ? Gynaecology & Obstetrics. Result: the right modules, terminology, services and templates are enabled.

  3. Save Settings (/app/system-settings) and create one Branch (/app/branches). Result: the forced setup block clears.

Fill Full Name, Phone Number, Email Address, Allow app login for this employee, Employee Role (RECEPTIONIST, DOCTOR, THERAPIST, ACCOUNTANT, BRANCH_MANAGER, SUPER_ADMIN) and Branch; for doctors/therapists add Professional Details. Result: staff receives a set-password email when login is enabled.
  6. Register the first patient from Patients (/app/patients/register); use a fictitious dry-run patient such as Asha Verma. Result: the file is ready for queue, appointment, documents and billing.
  7. Issue a walk-in token from Queue (/app/queue) or book from Appointments (/app/appointments/book). Result: the practitioner can open the visit.
  8. Start the encounter workspace (/app/patients/:patientId/encounters/:encounterId), record vitals where relevant and save notes. Result: the encounter is in the timeline.
  9. Use the Rx pad in the encounter, save and print/share the prescription. Result: Rx is available for print and portal sharing.

  12. Share Rx, clinical document or bill from print/share or WhatsApp Inbox (/app/whatsapp-inbox). Result: the patient receives the selected PDF or link.
note

Screens for signup and the onboarding wizard ship with release R1; labels may differ slightly. New owners are still redirected to Settings (/app/system-settings) and Branches (/app/branches) until organisation settings and one branch exist.

  • Use queue prefix GYN and appointment slots for ANC/USG days.
  • Restrict sensitive MTP or reproductive-health documents to authorised staff.
  • Create separate services for ANC visit and obstetric ultrasound.
  • Set correct registration numbers on letterhead before signing MTP records.

Templates included

  • Antenatal (ANC) card ? LMP/EDD, obstetric score, risk factors, baseline tests, visit table, Td doses, supplements, danger signs, birth plan and computed BP alert.
  • MTP consent record and MTP opinion record (registered medical practitioner) — structured after the MTP Act, 1971 (as amended 2021): consent by the woman or guardian, gestation category (up to 20 weeks / 20–24 weeks with two RMPs / beyond 24 weeks Medical Board), grounds, RMP details and good-faith certification. Both are restricted by default and require legal review before use; the platform does not certify MTP Act compliance.
  • Obstetric ultrasound with PCPNDT Form F is not available yet — it is planned for release R2 together with the Form F registers and audit lock. Until then the platform makes no PCPNDT compliance claim; keep using your existing Form F process.
  • Shared: OPD consultation (SOAP), Informed consent ? procedure, Teleconsultation consent, Guardian consent for a minor, Referral letter, Medical certificate (sickness) and Fitness certificate.

Good to know

  • Have your legal adviser review the MTP templates (and your State notifications) before first use; access to these records is restricted.
  • Store outside scans and lab reports in the documents vault.
