Video tutorials
Use these scripts to record short product tutorials for Achal Healthcare. Each page gives a 2-3 minute English narration and a matching Hindi narration for the same screen recording plan.
Recording guidelines
- Record at 1080p with browser zoom at 100%. Keep the window wide enough for the left navigation and the main panel.
- Target 2-3 minutes per video. If a flow takes longer, pause between steps instead of rushing the narration.
- Use seeded demo data only. Demo names such as Asha Verma, Rahul S. and Dr. R. Mehta are acceptable. Do not show real patients, real phone numbers, real GSTINs, real UPI IDs or real clinical files.
- Record Hindi and English as separate videos, not as one mixed audio track. The script pages include both languages so the on-screen sequence stays identical.
- Add captions for both languages. Keep captions short, high contrast and away from patient identifiers.
- Blur or replace browser extensions, personal bookmarks, OS notifications and account e-mail addresses.
- Open staff screens under
/app/..., public queue display under/display/:displayToken, self check-in under/checkin/:branchPublicCode, and verification under/verify/:token.
Where videos will be embedded
These videos will be embedded on the matching module and quick-start guides after recording. Until then, the script pages are the source of truth for the recording vendor and the clinic-training team.
