पहला मरीज़

लक्ष्य और समय​

एक branch बनने के बाद पहले walk-in मरीज़ को 60 सेकंड से कम में register करें।

आपको चाहिए​

  • भूमिका: Owner, Branch Manager या Receptionist, जिसके पास patient.create हो।
  • Route: मरीज़ → Register Patient (Patients -> Register Patient) (/app/patients/register)।
  • मरीज़ का नाम, 10 अंकों का mobile number, date of birth, gender, guardian details और address।

कदम​

  1. मरीज़ (Patients) (/app/patients) खोलें और Register Patient चुनें।
  2. Branch Selection में Select Branch चुनें।
  3. Personal Information में Full Name, Contact Number, Date of Birth और Gender भरें।
  4. Guardian Name और Guardian Relation भरें। Minor हो तो guardian consent confirmation tick करें।
  5. Address भरें। Primary Diagnosis, Secondary Diagnosis या Referred By केवल तभी जोड़ें जब पता हो।
  6. Register Patient पर क्लिक करें।
  7. Possible duplicate patient दिखे तो वही व्यक्ति हो तो Open existing पर क्लिक करें, या Why is this a different person? में कारण लिखकर Create anyway पर क्लिक करें।

पूरा कब माना जाए...​

Patient record खुल जाए या मरीज़ (Patients) में दिखे, और कोई unresolved duplicate warning न बचे।

सुझाव​

  • Clinic busy हो तो register करने से पहले search करें।
  • परिवार में एक phone number साझा हो सकता है; duplicate reason ईमानदारी से लिखें।
  • Training examples में real PHI न डालें।

कुछ गलत हो तो​

Form save न हो तो सबसे पहले Select Branch, required fields और duplicate warning जाँचें।
