प्रिंटिंग और PDF सवाल-जवाब

जब invoices, prescriptions या clinical documents ठीक से print न हों, PDF download तैयार न हो, या QR/share link verification माँगे, तो यह पेज इस्तेमाल करें।

कौन कर सकता है: document access वाले clinical users; share links के लिए clinical.document.share वाले users; bill print के लिए billing users। कहाँ: प्रिंट, PDF और साझा करें (Print, PDF & share) (/app/clinical-documents/:id/print), prescription print, और bill print।

  1. Document print page खोलें।
  2. प्रिंट करें (Print) या browser की Print action click करें।
  3. Brand profile से match करने के लिए paper A4 या A5 चुनें।
  4. Browser Headers and footers off करें।
  5. Letterhead के हिसाब से browser margins Default या None रखें।
  6. Preview clipped न हो तो browser scaling disable रखें।
  7. पूरा set print करने से पहले एक test page print करें।

Bill print के लिए page A4 portrait print CSS इस्तेमाल करता है। Clinical documents में margins mm में brand profile control करता है।

Brand profiles print को कैसे affect करते हैं?​

Brand profiles paper size, theme, margins, header layout, footer, QR code और pre-printed-paper spacing set करते हैं। Branch profile default profile से ऊपर माना जाता है। अगर कोई profile नहीं है, तो System Settings के clinic details इस्तेमाल होते हैं।

  1. लेटरहेड और ब्रांडिंग (Letterhead & branding) खोलें।
  2. नई प्रोफ़ाइल (New profile) या संपादित करें (Edit) click करें।
  3. कागज़ का आकार (Paper size) चुनें: A4, A5 या LETTER।
  4. हाशिए (मिमी) (Margins (mm)) set करें।
  5. Printed clinic letterhead के लिए पहले से छपा लेटरहेड कागज़ (हेडर और फ़ुटर खाली छोड़ें) (Pre-printed letterhead paper (leave header and footer blank)) tick करें।
  6. हेडर स्थान (मिमी) (Header space (mm)) और फ़ुटर स्थान (मिमी) (Footer space (mm)) set करें।
  7. सत्यापन QR कोड प्रिंट करें (Print the verification QR code) tick या untick करें।
  8. सहेजें (Save) click करें।

PDF डाउनलोड करें disabled क्यों है?​

PDF केवल signed/final clinical documents के लिए available है। Drafts print हो सकते हैं, लेकिन draft behaviour दिखाते हैं और final PDFs की तरह downloadable नहीं होते।

  1. Clinical document खोलें।
  2. Required fields पूरा करें।
  3. Document पर sign करें।
  4. प्रिंट, PDF और साझा करें खोलें।
  5. PDF डाउनलोड करें (Download PDF) enabled होने तक wait करें।

अगर toolbar में PDF केवल हस्ताक्षरित दस्तावेज़ों के लिए उपलब्ध है। (PDF is available for signed documents only.) दिखे, तो document अभी final नहीं है।

PDF_NOT_READY का क्या मतलब है?​

Current signed version के PDF का status PENDING या FAILED है, या पुराने content hash के लिए PDF मौजूद है। UI में PDF तैयार हो रहा है… (PDF is being prepared...) या PDF नहीं बन सका — इसके बजाय प्रिंट करें। (PDF could not be generated — use Print instead.) दिखता है।

  1. अगर मरीज़ को अभी paper copy चाहिए, तो प्रिंट करें इस्तेमाल करें।
  2. कुछ मिनट इंतज़ार करें; page 5 मिनट तक PDF status poll करता है।
  3. फिर से PDF डाउनलोड करें click करें।
  4. अगर फिर भी repeat हो, तो document number और time report करें।

Page कहता है PDF नहीं बन सका — इसके बजाय प्रिंट करें​

PDF renderer fail हो गया है। Browser print fallback है।

  1. प्रिंट करें click करें।
  2. अगर browser window block करे, तो site के लिए pop-ups allow करें।
  3. बाद में PDF डाउनलोड करें फिर try करें।
  4. अगर उसी document में बार-बार हो, तो support से संपर्क करें।

Popup message ब्राउज़र ने प्रिंट विंडो रोक दी। इस साइट के लिए पॉप-अप की अनुमति दें और फिर प्रयास करें। (Your browser blocked the print window. Allow pop-ups for this site and try again.) हो सकता है।

QR verification codes कैसे काम करते हैं?​

Signed documents पर enabled होने पर QR verification code print होता है। Public page /verify/:token है।

  1. QR code scan करें।
  2. दस्तावेज़ संख्या (Document number), दस्तावेज़ (Document), जारीकर्ता (Issued by), हस्ताक्षर तिथि (Signed on), स्थिति (Status) और सामग्री फ़िंगरप्रिंट (Content fingerprint) confirm करें।
  3. अगर page कहे कि code invalid या expired है, तो clinic से fresh copy माँगें।

Verification page कभी clinical content या patient details नहीं दिखाता।

Shared document OTP क्यों माँगता है?​

Restricted documents, restricted patients, या रोगी के मोबाइल पर भेजे गए एक-बार के कोड की आवश्यकता हो (Require a one-time code sent to the patient's mobile) के साथ बनाए गए links को OTP चाहिए। OTP patient के mobile पर जाता है।

  1. दस्तावेज़ साझा करें (Share document) में policy के अनुसार रोगी के मोबाइल पर भेजे गए एक-बार के कोड की आवश्यकता हो tick या untick करें।
  2. लिंक बनाएँ (Create link) click करें।
  3. Link को WhatsApp पर भेजें (Send on WhatsApp) या लिंक कॉपी करें (Copy link) से भेजें।
  4. मरीज़ से latest OTP enter करने को कहें।

बहुत अधिक failed attempts पर TOO_MANY_ATTEMPTS; गलत या expired code पर INVALID_OTP; और proof missing होने पर OTP_REQUIRED के साथ Please verify with the code sent to the patient's mobile. आ सकता है।

Share dialog केवल तब available है जब status document को shareable बताता है।

  1. Check करें कि document signed है।
  2. साझा करें (Share) click करें।
  3. लिंक की वैधता (Link valid for) 1, 3, 7, 14 या 30 दिन चुनें।
  4. अगर patient mobile नहीं है और OTP required है, तो पहले mobile number जोड़ें।

Known errors में DOCUMENT_NOT_SHAREABLE, PATIENT_PHONE_MISSING, SHARE_UNAVAILABLE और FORBIDDEN शामिल हैं।

Payment से पहले bill print क्यों नहीं कर सकता?​

Bill print page payment confirm होने तक print block करता है।

  1. Bill Preview & Print खोलें।
  2. अगर Payment not confirmed yet दिखे, तो Due amount देखें।
  3. Confirm Payment click करें।
  4. Payment Amount, Payment Method और ज़रूरत हो तो Transaction ID दर्ज करें।
  5. Confirm Payment click करें।
  6. Green banner Payment confirmed - you can now print this bill दिखने के बाद Print Bill click करें।

Hindi fonts और print language कैसे काम करते हैं?​

Clinical document print में प्रिंट भाषा (Print language) के साथ English और हिन्दी options हैं। Prescription print भी prescription data से bilingual directions render करता है।

  1. प्रिंट, PDF और साझा करें खोलें।
  2. प्रिंट भाषा चुनें।
  3. English या हिन्दी चुनें।
  4. Print करने से पहले preview check करें।
  5. अगर Hindi characters टूटे दिखें, तो दूसरा browser try करें या Chrome/Edge से print to PDF करें।

फिर भी समस्या है?​

Help & Support (/app/support) खोलें और document number या bill number, जिस print/PDF action पर click किया, time, browser name, और patient details छिपाकर screenshot भेजें। Chat में prescriptions, diagnoses या patient identifiers न भेजें।
