These notes are a draft and will be finalised when the release ships.

Highlights​

  • One platform for every facility type — foundations for facility presets, specialty packs and a module registry, so the app adapts its menus, templates and wording to your specialty.
  • English and Hindi — interface translation scaffold and this documentation site in both languages.
  • Permissions — a permission catalog with facility/department scope replaces fixed roles (existing roles keep working).
  • Faster, cheaper lists — cursor-based pagination on busy lists.
  • Safer data — point-in-time recovery, daily backups and daily exports to a second Indian region, with documented restore runbooks and a quarterly restore drill.
  • Privacy baseline — draft privacy notice, data-rights process, subprocessor list, retention policy and breach response (pending legal review).

For administrators​

No action required. Existing data, logins and workflows continue to work.

For developers​

  • ADR-0006 … ADR-0022 accepted.
  • Terraform for all environments in infra/ (not yet applied).
  • Docs site in docs-site/; the pull-request template now includes the Documentation Definition of Done.
