Analytics & reports

Use the dashboards that exist today for operations, practitioner work, visit reports, finance summaries and platform health.

Who can do this: Owners, branch managers, receptionists and accountants use dashboard.operations; practitioners use dashboard.practitioner; finance users use finance.read and reports.financial; managers use reports.operational; platform admins use platform.admin for monitoring. Where: Dashboard (/app/dashboard), My Dashboard (/app/doctor-dashboard), Doctor Analysis (/app/doctor-analysis), Visit Report (/app/patient-visit-report), Financial Dashboard (/app/financial-dashboard), Finance (/app/finance), Monitoring (/app/monitoring).

Before you start​

  • Use the screen for your role. Doctors and practitioners are redirected to My Dashboard.
  • Financial reports require finance.read or reports.financial.
  • Operational reports require reports.operational.
  • Monitoring is platform-admin only.

Use Dashboard​

  1. Open Dashboard. Result: Role-based widgets and quick actions appear.
  2. Review appointment and patient cards when you have clinical access. Result: Today's appointments and pending work are visible.
  3. Review finance cards when you have finance access. Result: Income, expenses and summary values appear.
  4. Click quick actions such as Register Patient, Book Appointment, View Appointments, Create Bill, Finance or Reports. Result: You jump to that workflow.
  5. If queue is enabled and you have queue.manage, use the front-desk cockpit. Result: Queue work is visible on the dashboard.

Use My Dashboard​

  1. Open My Dashboard. Result: /app/doctor-dashboard loads practitioner appointments, bills and packages.
  2. Review Today's Schedule. Result: Timeline actions such as Check In and Complete appear where applicable.
  3. Use search, filters and pagination for patients, bills and appointments. Result: Practitioner-specific work is easier to find.
  4. Review low-balance package alerts. Result: Packages needing follow-up are visible.

The page still fetches some legacy OT report data internally, but user guidance should use Clinical documents for reports and notes.

Review Doctor Analysis​

  1. Open Doctor Analysis. Result: Practitioner cards load.
  2. Review Unique Patients, Total Bills, Revenue and Collection Rate. Result: You can compare practitioner performance.
  3. Click Show patient & bill details. Result: The card expands with bill and appointment details.
  4. Click View ? on a bill. Result: Bill print opens.

Run Patient Visit Report​

  1. Open Visit Report. Result: Current-month visits load.
  2. Set Start Date and End Date. Result: Date range changes.
  3. Choose Status or Doctor. Result: The table filters.
  4. Type in Search. Result: Patient name, phone, patient ID or appointment ID matches remain.
  5. Click Export CSV. Result: A CSV downloads.
  6. Click Print. Result: A landscape print report opens.

Use Financial Dashboard​

  1. Open Financial Dashboard. Result: Summary cards and controls load.
  2. Select Branch Summary or All Branches. Result: Summary reloads for that branch.
  3. Enter a date range and load it. Result: Summary changes to that period.
  4. Use overview, income and expenses tabs. Result: Transaction data loads.
  5. Click Refresh Data. Result: Finance summary refreshes.

Use Finance transactions​

  1. Open Finance. Result: Income or expenses tab opens.
  2. Select the financial year. Result: Transactions load for that year.
  3. Switch Income and Expenses. Result: The active tab refreshes.
  4. Add income or expense when permitted. Result: The record is saved and the list refreshes.
  5. Attach proof for expenses up to 500 KB. Result: Proof is included with the expense.

Monitor system health​

  1. Open Monitoring. Result: Service health loads.
  2. Review Total Services, Services UP, Services DOWN and Health Score. Result: Platform status is visible.
  3. Toggle Auto-refresh. Result: Data refreshes every 30 seconds when enabled.
  4. Click Refresh. Result: Health, user and system statistics reload.
  5. Check Last updated. Result: You know the snapshot time.
